Jaylin Peacock brings over 17 years of expertise as an island real estate broker, earning a reputation for trust, collaboration, and an unwavering dedication to achieving outstanding results for her clients. Few things bring her more joy than sharing the magic of island living, helping new residents discover the beauty of the islands she has long called home. Not new to island living, Jaylin grew up in Hawaii and incorporates her unique touch of Aloha into every transaction.
Her extensive network, cultivated over decades in serving the community, has been a tremendous asset to both buyers and sellers. Jaylin’s diverse background includes being a trailblazer as the second female firefighter in the history of Orcas Island Fire & Rescue, serving as a volunteer EMT for 32 years, and being a part of the ropes rescue team. Additionally, she has excelled as a fitness instructor, personal trainer, Athletic Director at Orcas High School, and Spa Director at Rosario Resort & Spa, where she also managed retail operations and merchandising.
In her limited spare time, Jaylin immerses herself in the study of Plant Medicine and Herbalism. Her passion for island flora inspires her to explore the diverse landscapes, creating and sharing natural holistic remedies that promote wellness and harmony.

Christopher Peacock offers his clients unparalleled island expertise, drawing on his extensive background as the former Marketing Director and long-time General Manager of Rosario Resort & Spa. His rich experience in project management, problem-solving, negotiation, strategic planning, and partnership development adds value to every real estate transaction. Christopher played a key role in collaborating with the San Juan County Planning Department, elected officials, local residents, and other stakeholders to develop and secure approval for the Rosario Resort Master Plan and Planned Unit Development land use designations. He also served as President of the Orcas Island Chamber of Commerce and held board positions with the Orcas Island Community Foundation and San Juan Islands Visitors Bureau.
As a dedicated island resident and hospitality professional, Christopher approaches real estate with the same passion and care he offered his guests—providing personalized service, meticulous attention to detail, confidentiality, and round-the-clock availability. His goal is to create a seamless and rewarding experience for clients buying or selling their island homes or businesses.
In his spare time, Christopher can be found composing and recording his piano compositions. He is widely recognized throughout the Northwest for his music, created under the Pure & Simple Music label. Inspired by the islands' serene bays, vibrant marine life, forested ridges, diverse ecosystems, and breathtaking views of snow-capped mountains and the Salish Sea, his compositions have been featured by Disney, NBC’s Olympic coverage, Golden Door Spas, Ritz-Carlton Hotels, and SeaWorld.
